The role of the Business System Operator (BSO)in the LJ Hooker Office involves the operation of the Move system used to manage all Listings, be they Sales or Property Management.
The BSO is responsible for tasks such as transmitting listings to the internet, managing changes to those listings, communications with clients , management of contracts, organizing staff training and various other daily tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Office, its staff and clients. You may never have need to meet the BSO but be assured the management of your listings is being taken care of by a trained professional assisting your sales agent on a daily basis to market your property to it's full potential.
